20"x28" watercolor
There is a lemon tree in my back yard that is covered with lemons. In fact the branches are bent over with the weight of the numerous fruit. At the same time the newspapers are filled daily with stories about Toyota.
I found a great recipe for lemonade on Martha Stewarts website.

Wonderful detail work on this piece. They look like perfect lemons.
And lucky you to have a lemon tree in your garden. Right now I just have brown grass.
Those lemons look so fresh you could eat them..but I am in awe at how you've painted the newspapers, just incredible..It all looks so real..
Jeanette - they are great lemons. Loads of juice in them and not heavy rind. This area of the San Gabriel Valley was filled with citrus orchards before it was populated.
Stephie - I did juice them this weekend. The lemonade was fantastic. Thank you for your kind words.
