Enthusiasm

Flaming enthusiasm, backed up by horse sense and
persistence, is the quality that most frequently
makes for success.

-Dale Carnegie

No one keeps up his enthusiasm automatically.
Enthusiasm must be nourished with new actions, new
aspirations, new efforts, new vision. Compete with
yourself; set your teeth and dive into the job of
breaking your own record. It is one's own fault if
his enthusiasm is gone; he has failed to feed it.

-Papyrus

When you are really excited about something,
and want to make it happen, share your enthusiasm.
Use common sense, and do not give up.
Success begins with enthusiasm
It can be found and it can be created.

This quote is the perfect quote for me this morning since I find my self at a blocked stage.

I personally consider the blocked stage to be a gift, as it forces you to hold back, study, clear your mind, and then focus on the task at hand. I do believe it is required in the creative process. Write down your thoughts Mary, I know it will be a positive time for you.

I tried to comment on this before but couldn't. I believe the best work is the work you are enthusiastic about. If you are halfhearted how can it possibly work out? Do you ever feel you should take your own advice. As I wrote that I thought hmmmmm that makes sense!
